What is Tradingview?

How to set it up?


  1. Create an Account

    • Visit TradingView’s website.

    • Click "Sign Up" in the top-right corner.

    • Choose a free plan or subscribe to a paid plan for additional features.

    • Fill in your details and complete the registration process.

  2. Log In

    • Once your account is created, log in with your email and password or connect via Google, Facebook, or Apple.

  3. Set Up Your Chart

    • Click "Search" in the top menu.

    • Select the market and asset you want to analyze by typing its symbol in the search bar at the top.

    • Use the toolbar on the left to draw trend lines, measure tools, and annotate your charts.

  4. Add Indicators

    • Click the "Indicators" button at the top of the chart.

    • Search for your desired indicators (e.g., RSI, Moving Averages, or custom ones like Uptrick’s tools).

    • Click to add them to your chart and customize the settings as needed.

  5. Customize Your Layout

    • Adjust the time frame of your chart using the toolbar above the chart.

    • Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the chart to customize appearance, gridlines, or colors.

    • Save your layout by clicking "Save Chart Layout" in the top menu.

  6. Explore and Join the Community

    • Browse ideas and scripts shared by other traders in the "Ideas" and "Scripts" sections.

    • Follow traders to stay updated on their analyses.

  7. Download the App (Optional)

    • For a seamless experience, download the TradingView app on your phone or desktop.

  8. Connect Your Broker (Optional)

    • Link your broker account for live trading directly from TradingView. Go to "Trading Panel" below the chart and choose your broker.

You’ll find it under the "Invite-Only Scripts" section on TradingView (as shown in the image on the right), and you’ll also receive a notification directly from TradingView when it’s ready to use.
